Who We Are

We founded EQU Advisors with the belief that all institutions should have excellent leaders for the future. Our mission, values, and approach is reflected in our name, which derives from the Latin root for equal, equ-.

We are former university administrators and consultants from one of the largest global executive search firms. Throughout our careers, we have successfully completed approximately 200 executive searches across a full range of private and public institutions.

We are proud that 100% of our finalist slates and 75% of our placements within the last three years identified as women; Black or African American, Hispanic or Latino, Asian, or from two or more races; and/or part of the LGBTQIA+ communities.
